Hi Pod 5!

Below is my peer review on your interactive learning resource!

You have chosen a very interesting resource and have displayed it in a well manner!

As your learning theory you chose “behaviourism”. I believe that the best way to teach the material is to interact with the students and being able to witness their performance. When it comes to this type of material, students require for it to be presented direct, otherwise learners would simply forget what was taught.

Starting off, I really enjoy your layout and how everything is labeled, making it easy to navigate and to find each section! You also clearly stated why you choose this topic and what the end goal was, making it clear for readers.

When looking at your learning outcomes it provides readers and learns with a very good base, however I found that there was a bit of repetition. Something that I would suggest is to have the learning outcomes relate and reflect on the activities that you have created. By doing this it would allow students to successfully complete the activities without getting stressed or overwhelmed as they no longer have to complete the tasks and the activities at the same time. Activities 1 and 2 have been well done and provide an interactive activity, however activities 3 and 4 don’t provide the interactive component as they simply have learners watch a video. One of the things that I really enjoyed with your activity section is that all of the activities seem rather manageable. Looking at your activities they are all do be done individually, however, I was wondering if students would benefit from group activities. Typically when learning new content students tend to engage more when they are in small groups that are formed with peers. Overall this section is well outlined and allows for feedback and for growth.

Your assessment pan was very organized and easy to follow. You included both graded and ungraded assessments for each section, allowing students to be engaged with the content provided. However, I believe that providing learners will more detail on what the summative assessment is, would provide clarification.

Overall, I enjoyed exploring your learning resource and I hope that I was able to provide useful feedback to your group!
